Amanda Truffi-Nash is a founding member of A1 Service Coordination and is devoted to helping members of the community attain services to, not only remain safe in the community, but thrive as they achieve goals and find the fun in their lives.
Amanda has worked in the TBI/NHTD field for nearly 12 years before coming to A1. She started by working in a day program for the TBI Waiver before taking over the daily ins and outs of that day program, gaining the skills and case management experience in the process to become a Service Coordinator. She was a Service Coordinator and Independent Living Skills Trainer for the TBI Waiver for several years until the COVID-19 Pandemic. This is when she found her passion for enrollment and switched gears to raise her one-year-old (at the time) while focusing on getting applicants for the TBI and NHTD Waivers enrolled on the program, specializing in safe transitions from nursing homes, as well. This work has been so rewarding that she is thrilled to be able to expand her skills and continue helping people while at A1.
Amanda now has two sweet, intelligent, and compassionate sons with her supportive and loving husband. Her passion for easing the burdens of caregivers for them to enjoy their loved ones, while still advocating for the applicants/ participants knows no bounds. As a mother and a daughter, she seeks to create that added support and village for the members of the community.

My name is Boisey Bristo, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional, and Certified Brain Injury Specialist based in Ft. Worth, Texas delivering services statewide using telehealth. I work with adolescents and adults specializing in anxiety disorders, mood disorders, stress and adjustment challenges, trauma, culture and diversity, and brain injury. My counseling philosophy is, “every journey begins with the first step.”
I take an integrated approach to meeting clients where they are, based on their individual needs. My primary therapeutic principles are grounded in Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and Solution Focused strategies to help clients achieve insight and awareness, strengthen the mind-body connection, and establish a vision for wellness.
I have worked with the TBI/NHTD Medicaid waiver program in a variety of roles since 2008, including Independent Living Skills Training, Positive Behavioral Interventions and Support, and Service Coordination. With more than 20 years of experience as a helping professional, my focus is always on how to best support the client and their family in achieving their goals.

Elaine has worked as a 911 Emergency Medical Technician for over 10 years and had the opportunity to work along side esteemed professionals to ensure the safety and livelihood of individuals in crisis within the Brooklyn, NY area. Elaine continued her education earning a Masters Degree in Special Education and now is in her third year of her Doctoral studies in Industrial Organizational Psychology.
Elaine has became the first and youngest award winning Liberal Arts professor at the New York School for Medical and Dental assistants located in Long Island City, NY. Jenn DiBenedetto founded A1 Service Coordination with a team of experienced NHTD and TBI Waiver professionals who are dedicated to supporting Traumatic Brain Injury, disabled, and elderly community members. Jenn and the A1 SC team wanted to establish a conflict free Service Coordination agency that provides the highest standard of Service Coordination.
With 15 years of experience in the social services and the NHTD/TBI waiver programs, Jenn’s goal is to help as many TBI, disabled and/or elderly individuals and families receive the supports and services that they so desperately need. After 10 years of being an early childhood educator, Jenn was inspired to switch careers and begin providing supports to individuals and families after struggling to find supports and services for her own grandmother who was diagnosed with Dementia. After experiencing financial strain, family conflict, caregiver burnout, and a complete lack of knowledge of programs and supports, it became Jenn’s life’s work to support individuals and families just like hers! Since those initial confusing days, Jenn has worked towards the goal of becoming a highly experienced and knowledgeable NHTD/Waiver provider.
Jenn’s experience includes working as a Service Coordinator, Service Coordinator Supervisor, Director, and Regional Resource Development Specialist. Jenn is also a wife to the most loving and supportive husband and mother to the smartest, inquisitive and amazing daughter. Jenn is as dedicated to her family as she will be to ensuring that your family receives the support and services that you need to keep your loved one at home and out of a nursing home.
