At A1 Service Coordination, advocacy means more than helping individuals access services — it means helping people feel heard, respected, included, empowered, and supported within their communities.
We believe advocacy involves protecting individual choice, promoting dignity and independence, increasing accessibility, and helping individuals and families navigate complex systems with guidance, compassion, and support.
Our team is committed to standing alongside the individuals and communities we serve by promoting person-centered thinking, encouraging community inclusion, supporting informed decision-making, and helping individuals access meaningful opportunities, resources, and supports that improve quality of life.
Advocacy is at the core of our mission and continues to shape how we support, educate, collaborate, and engage with the communities we proudly serve throughout New York.
