Our team takes a personalized, hands-on approach—coordinating waiver and non-waiver services, developing person-centered service plans, connecting participants with trusted providers and community resources, and providing ongoing support to help maintain independence and quality of life.
We remain actively involved by monitoring services, addressing concerns, advocating for participant needs, and adjusting supports as needs change over time to help ensure each participant continues to receive the appropriate level of care and support.

Enrollment in the NHTD Waiver is completed through the Regional Resource Development Center (RRDC), where individuals select an approved Service Coordination agency. A1 Service Coordination is an approved provider.
